Hello Hijab:/heˈlō/ hiˈjäb/
Hello Hijab, promotes inclusion, tolerance and diversity through exposure. Hello Hijab produces and sells small hijabs (the traditional covering for the hair and neck that is worn in public by some Muslim women) that fit on Barbie’s and similar-sized dolls. The effort aims to make playtime more inclusive, while also getting children accustomed to seeing headscarves in order to help fight stigma.
Hello Hijab believes that while we may look different and have different beliefs, our similarities far outweigh our differences. We strive for a world where we all live and love together.
Hello Hijab is made in Pittsburgh, with love. 100% of proceeds support organizations that protect and honor our multicultural communities.
